◆ Commissions may take me 5 weeks to finish but could be prolonged, in the event that the commission is extended longer I will try to notify my client.
◆ Once a certain amount of progress is done, and I'm happy with it, it will be shared with the client in case some changes are requested.
◆ Progress sharing is down to me and is not guaranteed on request.
◆ Once I have accepted a commission changes to the character, including changes very later in the progress there will be additional charge fees.
◆ I have the right to decline any commission
◆ Refunds are not accepted unless the commission hasn't been started.
◆For any assets provided by myself I shall have first right of refusal regarding the designated parties that will act on any derivative works.
◆ Fanart and original characters are accepted.
◆ Commissioned work is for non-profit personal use. For commercial work, please contact me to discuss further.
◆ Once I have accepted a commission whether or not the client has paid for it on acceptance, the time may vary between the actual start date of the commission.
◆ I may be able to provide an approximate estimation on the time before a commission is started to which the client can decide if they wish to refund or wait.
◆NO AI Training or Use allowed, NO adding to AI, NO AI used alongside my work.
